A quick update on Kennedy: She is doing well and back to her cheery kindergarten self. Our biggest challenge is keeping her still. She has an activity restriction for 2 more weeks and she is jumping out of her skin and bouncing off the walls just 4 days post-op. The only thing that comes out of my mouth these days is, "slow down, careful, watch out, go easy, take a break". Many many thanks to all of her friends and mine that showed an outpouring of love the past few days. Lot's of little visitors checking in on her and stopping by with cards and goodies. And to all of you mom friends that checked in on me, thank you, it meant so much.
A quick update on Easton: Still doing great with being a big boy. He was very proud to go to school yesterday and tell his teachers all about his potty status. He had his last night of baseball yesterday. They played a game and it was ridiculously cute to watch all the little 3 and 4 year old boys bat and play outfield.
