Kennedy decided she wanted to try to fly and is convinced that with practice, she will be able to. Who am I to stifle her dreams. So, on went her bathrobe, her cape and her lei. Apparently it's all aerodynamic gear that's needed for take-off. She turned on the fan in her bedroom and asked for another one so that the wind would help levitate her. Then...the arm flapping began and she proceeded to launch herself off of various spots throughout the house. Easton thought it looked fun and decided to join her. I'm just thankful no limbs were broken.

Easton has been a little fearful of the shower but with some persuasion from Kennedy he took his first shower the other night. She held his hand until he felt comfortable and was so sweet in making sure he was not scared. I love the shower option because aside from a little help lathering up with soapsuds, the kids are pretty self sufficient in it.
You can tell boredom is setting in at our house with this gloomy gray weather and dirty snow on every curb. Give me patience as I parent....my kids are bouncing off the walls.
Kennedy's most recent display of play date attire takes an innovative and culturally diverse approach. Her little buddy that came over to play seemed OK with the choice of clothes...in preschool-land, anything goes!
What can I say...she's a surprise a minute. Kennedy was wearing a black shirt and black leggings and ended up spilling something on the shirt she was wearing over it. I told her to go change and Minnie Mouse appeared!
We had a fun weekend with Sean's parents in town. The kids were wild with excitement to see them and spent most of the time showing off for them. Thanks Kathy and Ron!
Papa and Easton both had fun with Easton's new Handy Manny motorcycle.
Easton was quite the charmer, feeding Gramma crackers.Kennedy and Papa played with her new Bendaroos.
