Back to School!

The first day of 2nd and 4th grade and I already know it will be a great year for both kids.  Kennedy's teacher called the night before the first day just to say, "I can't wait to see you tomorrow."  Talk about an excited girl that got even more excited for the new year!  Easton got off the bus today and said, "Mrs. Sabby is awesome!"

Kennedy had her first track meet through our local track program.  She loved every minute of it!  They introduced the kids to a variety of events and on meet day they did them all.  She's a natural!

Author's Tea

Easton wrote a story called the Tiger That Talked and read it in front of classmates and parents at his Author's Tea.  The stories were all unique first grade creations and the kids reading them were darling.
