Children's Museum

The 4 of us spent the afternoon at the MN Children's Museum today. We practically had the whole museum to ourselves which meant no lines and lots of time at each exhibit. We all had so much fun!!

Kennedy loved everything and could have spent the entire day and night there. She spent a lot of time as the mail carrier delivering letters and liked racing the boats in the water. She kept saying "This place is pretty cool". Here she is getting her groove on:

Easton was obsessed with the building/construction/block area. He happily tagged along to each spot but the whole while he was saying "back to blocks". While he was loading, turning and building he was giddy with excitement and jumping all over. Here he is loading 'em up:

I have added a few new creations to my repertoire of crafty things. My latest is appliqued shirts for kiddos. I have given several as baby gifts and they are a big hit. My kids enjoy wearing their "K" and "E" initial shirts too. I was in the store Oh Baby a few weeks ago and boy do they have some darling things there....but the prices are sky high. I like to check out their stock to get new ideas and challenge myself to see what I can re-create.

Cirque du Raboin

My kids are carnies! They do tricks throughout the house and like to pretend they are circus acrobats. I should probably care that this includes jumping and launching themselves off of various pieces of furniture, but I don't.
