It's time. Summer is winding down and my children's behavior is proof, as is my dwindling patience, that school will be a welcome change. They aren't overtly naughty they just need the structure of routine and the guidance of other adults. I love that I am able to spend carefree summer days poolside, at parks, with friends and doing all the things summer is meant for. We will cram things in these last two weeks that we have been meaning to do all summer like the farmer's market, French Park and whatever else we can squeeze in. Tick tock August your time is running out. To you September, I greet you with anticipation and an adult beverage waiting in the fridge.
Thank you Katie Swanson!
