Hanging on....

to summer.

With less than 2 full weeks of summer left I am making a desperate attempt to enjoy things before the routines of fall begin. We have spent many days at the pool and I think these are my first/only pictures of our pool time.

Both kids took swim lessons over the summer. Sensitive subject for me because Easton has had an outright refusal to participate in them. I can't blame it on anything except being 3. I wasn't even going to mention or acknowledge this lack of cooperation on the blog. But, it's my reality and I am trying to document our life happenings. This picture pretty much says it all as he hides behind me the moment swim lessons are to begin. Aside from Easton's resistance to swim lessons, the pool has been a love of both kids.
